Whirlpool Technology Meets the Arts 2019

Several students had work chosen to be displayed at the annual Whirlpool Technology Meets the Arts exhibition. Miss C. Nerada was awarded an Honorable Mention.

Krasl Art Center Field Trip

High School students who are currently enrolled in an art class had the opportunity to visit the Krasl Art Center (Krasl.org). The students were led through the gallery by an excellent, knowledgable docent and created figure drawings inspired by the current exhibition, Body Language.

Art Class into the Community

Last year, keen art student and junior S. Heath was hired to illustrate the book, “Willow and Wren, Feeney Family Day Off,” written by local author Pam Feeney. Now, she is reading the published book to elementary students and sharing her experiences.
